I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were big, comfortable, and extremely clean, with a fantastic bed and a variety of pillows. The service was friendly and accommodating. The location was safe, quiet, and perfect for a solo female traveler. However, the dining experience fell short, taking a bit longer than expected and lacking variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel is suitable for an overnight stay, being very clean and organized, but rooms lack privacy when sharing. The service was excellent, with professional staff knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities. The location is convenient, with ample parking and close proximity to Ontario outlets and the airport. Dining options were included but took time to prepare and did not match the booking. Facilities were well-maintained, featuring various services for guests.
The hotel gives mixed feelings with a dark atmosphere and a leak in the room, but it has a great location. However, the strong smell of pot throughout the hotel can be intimidating.
